Ok you can live without this item but for me it ticked all the boxes. I wanted to free up space in my linen cupboard. It holds 6-8 hand towels rolled up ready for use. It's not heated. Looks good and keeps towels tidy.It was a 5 min job to put together and secure to wall. comes with all fittings.The delivery was quick too. Good price too as I have seen a similar thing for more money.Hope this helps.

Not too bad but definitely cheap and cheerful
The screws to attach to the wall were so flimsy that they snapped, so had to find different screws, but otherwise ok for half a dozen hand towels

Perfect!
Literally took 15 minutes to put together & put up two of these in my bathroom. Holds 4 large bath sheets or around 6 hand towels.
