much easier than carrying!
we have 10ft sit on kayaksthe trolley is sooo much easier than carrying the kayak from the car to the lakeit took a while to figure out what the conical rubber bungs on the legs that go through the kayak are for - eventually figured out they fit onto the legs when you have pushed them through the boat to keep the trolley in place while you flip the kayak over (at least that's what seems to work well!)best place to 'plug' it in is near the centre to minimise the weight you carryit also disassembles very easily for storage at the back of the kayak under the bungee cords on our Tootega Kinteticwell pleased with the service, including next day delivery!!!

Not a great product, but you need one to transport a kayak.
Not easy to use, difficult to locate the trolley in the kayak and lock the brackets in position.

Excellent product
Very easy to use and stable for the siton kayaks we have; wheels are rubber not pneumatic, but this is probably more ideal

Worth buying
Am using this with an Enigma Flow sit on kayak. Pretty impressed so far after a few uses. My expectations weren’t high admittedly, I would have been happy had it worked just on firm level ground to get the kayak from the car park down to water but it has proved itself a little better than that. First it is fairly easy to assemble though some instructions would have been useful. Sounding a bit dumb maybe, but I thought it was a case of really bad design when the wheel pins kept falling out when I was first trying this in the drive, until I realised they were supposed to fold over to lock themselves! Similarly my friend told me I had the trolley prongs the wrong way up in the scupper holes, which was why the trolley was rocking about a bit as it wasn’t resting on the rubber supports! Well, if you’ve never done this before how would you know?My first outing with this was down to a local beach and after a fairly smooth start from a rough car park, we were soon trying to cross some rough rocks about the size of loaves of bread and, expecting the worst, this trolley actually coped with it admirably. It tipped a couple of times but anything would have, as you can’t overcome the laws of physics. I similarly used it on a beach with fairly soft, deep sand and it worked - hard going admittedly but less than trying to carry it. On a soft sand beach you would be better off with balloon wheels or some of the compressible track type wheels, but these things can do it just. The trolley sits in the back of your car either by taking it apart or just leaving it up as it doesn’t take up too much space. I was also able to dismantle it and get it strapped under the net in the back of the kayak, which answers that problem of what do you do with the wheels after you’ve got to the water. So, not perfect but well worth buying rather than damaging your back.
