Great value, poofs up baked items like you’d expect and creates such squishy, delicious goodness. The yeast rises as good as any other brand, blooms and activates as quickly as any other yeast I’ve baked with, even after keeping it refrigerated.

I just made a loaf of English Muffin Bread in my Bread Machine a couple of days ago using this yeast. It worked quite well, and I'm planning on making a couple of more loaves of it, because I really enjoy the crunch of English Muffin Bread.

I have become disappointed with store packets that have half the yeast that they used to. Now I have these. I will keep ordering these. The packets are full, with the correct amount of yeast. I don't use enough to get a lb pack, so I use the packs. But Wowsers! The RISE and that yummy yeasty taste and smell. It is all here. Plus far cheaper!
