Thankfully, the return process was smooth and hassle-free, demonstrating the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.On a positive note, the inclusion of a 5% coupon was a nice gesture, providing a small incentive for future purchases. Purchased 2 4-packs in July this year 2024 FOR Blink outdoor cameras. After a week 2 panels started to experience charging issues. After another three to four weeks 5 panels started to quit retaining a charge. Return Window expired on August 21st. Only 1 out of the original 8 panels still are working. Went back to using reliable Lithium recommended batteries. Will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR AGAIN! WASTE OF MONEY AND LOSS OF VALUABLE TIME. Overall rating should be NO STARS.

The sun hasn't been out for more than a few minutes, during the past 2 weeks, and the daylight hours are down to around eight. This solar panel is connected to one of my high usage Blink cameras, and it's still going strong, even with very little sunlight.Lithium batteries are expensive, so I ordered 2 more of these for my other Blink cameras.

After 2 attempts, I am giving up and requesting a refund from Amazon. The first product arrived without the actual solar battery - the second one just does not work. After charging this for several hours there is no charge stored in the battery. The charge indicator lights up green when and then immediately turns red. The battery level indicator does not light up, indicating either a bad cell or poor build quality. Skip this one and spend a little more on a better quality battery pack.

As soon as I took it out of the box. The power light started glowing. Mounted and connected to my blink xt2 and it instantly powered on. Even with dead batteries in the camera. Have been running this panel for a month and had no issues even in Cloudy weather
