Grate quality product
This save me a lot of money! I called a technician and he wanted to charge me $600 for a complete burner unit with installation. I did my research and troubleshooting and find out the source of the problem. This was my problem and the solution was very affordable and easy to install! I will recommend them to everyone!

Check wires
Didn't work at first, found a wiring diagram on the water heater, re wired plug to match and then worked perfectly.

Wiring terminals are reversed
The wiring is reversed and will not allow the thermopile circuit to function. I had to disassemble the terminal to locate the red wire on the left and white wire on the right, as shown in the photos.

That it works
There’s nothing wrong with this product. It worked. The wiring was backwards.
