Quality unit but missed the charger
The units work great. Audio is crystal clear. The ear attachment is different but works when you get the hang of it. We use them for Spanish interpretation at church and the interpreter is in a room off to the side behind a closed door. The problem is they sent the wrong charger which was one of the main reasons we made this selection. The pictures in the ad look like the correct charging unit, but what we got was incompatible. See the pictures. Also it is impossible to contact the seller, you have to go through Amazon. Our recourse is to try an exchange and hope they send us the correct charger. We recommend these units but make sure you get the right charger.
