Dish Network 6.0 IR/UHF PRO Remote

We needed a replacement for the #1 remote for our DVR - We will hang on to it but it was a disappointment at this time.

Customer service was great from the seller ... I had a couple of trouble shooting issues and his response was prompt and accurate.

Exact replacement. Quick shipping. Easy to reprogram. Instructions with the unit were a bit vague on how to do it if you had never done so. You have to have the correct code for your particular TV. No mention of that in the instructions thus 4 stars. After that, it works perfectly.

One way to turn off your TV is to throw the old, finicky remote at it and break it. A better way is to buy this replacement remote. This is the solution I chose, and am very happy with the purchase. Price is great too!

3 stars. The programming instructions were not exactly right, and it took a little while to figure out. Also, at first the remote and satellite box were not completely talking to each other, but all the bugs have been worked out and the remote works great.

This company is the best and stands behind their product. The first remote I received didn't operate correctly and when I emailed the company they sent another in its place. This company is reliable and safe to buy from because they stand behind their product sales. I would recommend buying anything from them because of the good treatment and the buyer treatment I received.

This was a great replacement for Bell Expressview remotes. Works fine easy to pair with receiver.

It came was already pre programmed easy to set up

Did not work. I double checked the compatibility and it should work with my unit. It does not.Probably going to be returning it.
