Very Handy Laser Level
This is an easy to use laser level that I used for several around the house jobs! Lining outlet covers to hanging pictures….this level is accurate and overall a great value for the money. Highly recommend!!

Works good
Works good and is easy to use. Laser length is less than described, but still functional.

Amazing
I just used this for a DIY kitchen cabinet remodel and this little laser level saved so much time measuring and leveling. I luckily had a standard camera tripod that I used to mount it so I could measure out the walls. This really did work great and no problems with an accurate measure across my L shape. Using the level feature of course was needed to mount the wall cabinets and I used it to align the tops of my base cabinets. This was a definite time saver and helped a lot. It will take some time to figure out the features, since there are so many of them, I didn't utilize half the features on this.

Good enough for DIY, but only if you’re already familiar with this kind of tool
Laser levels are a game changer for any kind of carpentry work and in the past decade they’ve come down in price to where this device is today, which is incredibly affordable and technically sufficient. And if you’ve never used this kind of device before, this probably shouldn’t be your first device. As with many generic-brand products, the instructions provided are sparse and written by someone whose first language isn’t English. Why new brands trying to establish themselves on Amazon overlook such a critical component in their products, one that can immediately differentiate them, is something I don’t understand. For all the competent product engineering demonstrated here, the product documentation is completely lacking. So what’s good? This Olmlmo device is offers a lot at a very attractive price. I tested the distance feature against two leading brands and all produced identical readings. It’s mountable on a tripod (which is table stakes in this category of products) and it has magnet attachments, which are a nice and useful feature, helpful when you want to use something metal as a base (e.g., a metal pipe). The laser projections are very bright, easily enough to see in daylight. It should go without saying that you must never look directly at any laser or you could damage your eyes (and keep pets out of harms way too). This applies to all products that use lasers. If you already know how to use this kind of device, this is a great second one to have in your toolbox as backup (there are lots of generic devices out there and I can say that this one works, appears solidly made, and measures accurately, so you can buy this one with confidence amongst a sea of me-toos). And if you’re new to this class of tools, i recommend you spend a bit more money on your first device for a product from a brand you recognize, because it will come with an intuitive user interface and instructions that will help you understand what the device is capable of and how to make it work and you can reference the instructions when you have questions. You’ll be more productive, more quickly and then, when it’s time for your second or third device (i keep this one in my truck), you can come back and buy this one.

Range finder is awesome
The laser range finder has 3 decimal places of precision and the readings are stable. I measured the same distance 5 times and it read exactly the same number every time. By default the length shown is adding the length of the device to the back. There's a button to change it to show the length from the front with an icon to show it. To use the rangefinder there's a button on the side you have to push which requires a bit of force. Unlike the buttons on the top buttons which are capacitive the range finder button is a physical button. It also needs to be squeezed from both sides or it'll get knocked over. The laser leveler cross is the first thing to come on when powering on the device. There's a button on top to change which line is output. It's using an internal plumb bob to level itself out so it takes a second for it to settle. If the resting surface is too uneven the laser will be unable to level and beep continuously until it can. The max out-of-angle is pretty small, maybe a few degrees until it just can't. It's probably not meant to be sitting on a incline but it would be nice if it could.Inside the included zippy case there's a magnetic mount and a hook-and-loop strap. I have no idea what the strap is for, there is nowhere to actually attach it.
