I hesitated about leaving a review because like parfum, body chemistry makes all the difference in how effective supplements can be. To each their own. The dosage is 2 capsules. Sometimes I get agitated after taking this. Maybe it's how my body react to the cocktail of supplements. I won't purchase again and will opt for a lower maca root supplement.

These pills works amazing for me. My body feel more energize throughout the day, since I'm always tired during the day. I'm on day 2 with these.I have no side effects and seen some weight loss on day 4.I would recommend these pills and would love to order another one.

Good energy
Feel more energetic and overall better wellness. The pills do smell and taste awful but it not really an issue for me.
