Good Simmering Cooktop
This electric cooktop works great for all kitchen uses. The only problem I have ever had is after being on for several hours it will sometimes turn itself off.

Cooks well
Heated very well. Used it with my cast iron to cook outside and it worked very well. Definitely recommend it

Even though it says magnetic bottoms only on your pots and pans, it's not needed.
If you are looking for a quality electric burner cooktop, this one is the clear winner. Not knowing much about burner cook tops, I bought a two burner. Not enough heat (1700 watts) which is divided by two burners. Took back and found this electric burner on Amazon with 1800 watts. Has a large burner and have cooked many things on it in a short amount of time. Basically, about anything you can cook on a regular stove. It has a smooth glass top and would say it's an amazing appliance for what it does. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for something similar.

Excellent product, made chili, pasta and boiled water perfectly..the child safety feature is a plus.
