Great scope rings for the money, the level is small but is serviceable

I bought these to raise my scope for my Barret 50bmg. They are actually built stronger than the rings I have been using for the past decade.Great product for the price.

For this price, they are very solid and fit great.

Decent quality, good height, level mounting, good strength. Overall good parts product. Good bubble too!

The rings came with built in level and very solidly built.

So I've purchased near 10 sets of Monstrum Precision rings from Amazon in the last two years. They have become my go too rings for my precision rifle needs . Most have been outstanding in quality and a great value. That said, I figured I'd give this version a try to see if the bubble level worked. What I found was that the rings themselves were of good quality but the level,: a) was too small to be of any real value while shooting. b) never matched up with the integral level in my A419 scope bases /chassis . c) was extremely temperamental to install/adjust since the pitch of the top ring is effected by the tension in the mounting screws. ( i.e The bubble shifts as you tighten the rings). My advice is to get a standard set of Monstrum Precision V2 rings and a separate level that clamps around your scope body as this style is problematic and under designed.
