Kidde Fire Extinguisher for Vehicles, Cars, Trucks, Single-Use 5BC

I bought this to be carried and hopefully never used in my vehicle; a 2018 taco. It fits perfect next to the rear cargo bin behind the driver side rear seat. Very snug and secure without having to drill for the mount. Its a type fire extinguisher which seems natural and easy to use for almost everyone. Looks good. I haven't had to test functionality (knock on wood) but I will assume the manufacturer has ffollw3d all proper procedures and it will function flawlessly as expected. I would recommend to anyone with a vehicle. It's cheap enough and may help save a life or property, maybe even your own! I have a lockbox in the rear riverside bin in the pics, but it is still the factory opening size- nothing modified.

I was looking for a fire extinguisher that I could keep in my electric car, just in case there is some kind of hot battery issue. It's a great size, bigger than the typical kitchen extinguisher and made to withstand the weather. I also got an extra large fire blanket (79 x 79) as well for the car.Might be excessive but I've read some scary stories and so being prepared offers me comfort. Small price to pay to be safe in an emergency.

I had to use one of these to put out a grease fire in a very dirty BBQ grill. 2.9 lbs sodium bicarb / 10BC. It ate up the grease fire in a minute. You need to have the right type, white, for car, stove, BBQ.

Arrived undamaged. Needed this for emergency precautions for my vehicle.
