There is something wrong on my Amazon that couldn't upload the pictures T_T but we just got our lovely cat as our new member last month, so we decided to purchase the whole set products from Petsnowy for our new house members! We got the water fountain, auto feeder and also the self cleaning little box! This water fountain was really easy to set up, and it can fill water that is enough for almost 1-2 weeks for my cat. So I don't have to refill the water frequently. Also there is filter inside of the fountain as well and I can easily monitor the product's status on my phone with the Petsnowy app itself! Great product overall!

Whenever we need to be out of home for more than one day, we usually will ask friend to come over and look after our cat. With that in mind we invested the pet snowy litter box, feeder and water fountain. Overall they deliver great results. This water fountain has quality material and well considered design. the water container can be removed from base for cleaning and refill. We use filtered water and this water fountain also includes one. The pump in general is quiet, at lease our cat doesn't mind the gentle noise it makes. The light can be turned off by the app. I still clean up the water bowl each day and refill with fresh filtered water to keep it clean. If we need to go out for a few days we think it will be fine. The app is very simple with some basic controls such as on / off, continuous or 3 minutes running + 1 minute off duty cycle, light on and off, plus filter and cleaning reminder. Our cat adapted to it quickly and seems to enjoying using it.

We recently welcomed home our new kitten Reddington. We were told he likes to drink from a fountain rather than the traditional water bowl. So naturally we set out to find one that was just right for him. PetSnowy to the rescue!! Reddington is obsessed with his PetSnowy cat water fountain! As soon as we got the fountain set up, Reddington was hooked! It is the perfect height for him as he is only 3 months old. We really enjoy how you can connect your phone to the water fountain through the Petsnowy app. This makes monitoring when the fountain is on a breeze. The kit comes with everything you need and set up was super quick and easy. It’s surprising how quiet it is, you barely notice it is there. The minimalistic design is a plus as it fits in with any style of decor. We 100% recommend this fountain to help keep your fur baby properly hydrated :)

Not goof quality. Stopped working only 6 months after setup. I followed the tech support recommendations, but nothing helped.

My cats love drinking from this fountain, it's easy to clean and fill, especially with the non-attached electric base that powers the unit. My only complaint is that the filter in the unit gets pretty dirty and currently there is no way to get another on the Amazon page. Once it is available for purchase I'll change my review to 5 stars. The device let's you know when to clean the unit, also when to change the filter, which is good so you don't have to guess when it needs cleaning, it keeps your cats healthy and safe from bacteria. It's also very quite, the only time it's not is when the fountain needs to be refilled since the pump is trying to push water that isn't there. That is a good reminder to fill it when low.

Love this water fountain and so do our 3 cats. Very easy to clean and put back together. Highly recommend. We have tried others before, but this one is a keeper

My cat simply loves this fountain. Previous, he had to share a water bowl with the dogs. I set this fountain up on a high shelf, and now he can drink water peacefully.I love that it tells me when it is low on water. So simple to use!

The media could not be loaded.  発送→昨日頼んで本日届きました。さすがAmazon外観→個人的にとてもお気に入りです。おしゃれで可愛い！うちは4匹のニャンコ飼ってます。すでに他社の自動給水機使用してますが、いつも蓋を外してます。いたずら子たち(笑)でもこちらのデザインだとその心配がない気がします。音→うるさくないです。モーターの音はしますが個人的に静かなレベルです。アプリ設定→Wi-Fi有れば設定がとても簡単です。基本面倒くさいのは嫌いタイプですが、petsnowy のアプリ設定はとても簡単で助かりました。アプリ内で電源、モード、ライトの設定が出来るので、思わずすごい！と叫びました。結果的に本当に買って良かったです！明日引き続き自動給餌機と自動トイレが届く予定です。petsnowy の商品が楽しみです。久しぶり年末年始の間旅行行く予定ですが、こちらのアイテムが揃えば安心かもと思います。

思ったより音が大きいです。本体を掴んで振動を抑えると少し音が小さくなるので、微妙に共振しているような...なんだか個体差ありそう気がするので、もう一個買って試してみるかというと...うーむ...私は低周波がかなり気になりましたが、肝心の猫様はそこまで気にしていないようなので、まぁ許容範囲ですかね。同種の別製品で無音なものがあるので比較するとどうしても気になってしまいます。水流は控えめで、カラーも落ち着いているので猫がまったく怖がりませんでした。安心して水を飲めているように見えます。うちの猫は、金属製天板の水飲み器がギラギラするのか、すこし苦手な素振りを見せるので、ここは良いポイントでした。また、本体は外周にぐるっと水が落ちるスリットがあり、猫が水をベチャベチャ舐めた時もそのスリットに水が落ちるので、水の飛散が少ないです。飛び散りゼロという訳ではないですが、ここはかなり感心しました。アプリは翻訳がガバガバですが、動作自体は反応も良く日本の家電系アプリよりはデキが良いと思います。ただ、説明動画を見ようとするとSSL証明書のエラーが出たりアプリでも位置情報をとにかく取得しようとするのはちょっと不安になりました。「位置情報をオンにするとWIFIのSSIDが自動入力できる」という説明が出ましたがサーバ側に位置情報とWiFiパスワード込みで記録したりしないということを明記した方が安心できるのではないでしょうか。
