Worked great for the first week then buttons had to be pushed 5-10 times to work. That’s was the reason I purchased this one is because one button stopped working on my factory remote. Do not recommend this product at all.

Cheap and pricy
First of all, this remote is plastic unlike the original Samsung remote even though it looks the same. It connects to the tv, but doesn’t work very well. I found a much cheaper one here on Amazon that works a million times better. I wouldn’t recommend this product

Barely works! Must press button several times.
I was hoping to score a deal on here, but I should’ve left it at my gut suspicions of such a great price. This remote on Samsung’s website is about $160. From the first time, I took it out of the box I couldn’t believe how lightweight and cheap it felt, but looked identical to the OEM one.. using it I find I have to press the button several times to access the menu or scroll around. There are some apps that I cannot control the rewind/fast forward speed (I skip way past the part I’m trying to find). How this is different from other apps I have not idea. If I did it again I’d spend more time finding a better deal on OEM or just get it from Samsung.
