I purchased this at the last minute to wear at a Halloween Party in 2023. It's comfortable and certainly quite striking visually. My only concern is that dancing in it is not easy as the hem is a bit tight and kept tripping me up. People blamed me for being drunk but it was the outfit - honestly!

For the price I have paid I consider this reasonable value for money.The quality of material is fine for the use it will get.I agree with other comments that the sizing is under generous (especially if you have a mans tummy) and the rope could be longer.Bear in mind I did not pay a fortune so I accept what I have and will put it to good use.

This is a great costume, very versatile. A the time of purchase this was £23.99 which I think is reasonable.The cloak is very good quality, very long and daunting if you like. Include-Cloak-Hooded cape-Robe-Cross Necklace-RopeEverything included is very good quality. This is a real effective yet simple halloween costume. The material is good quality. thick and durable. At a good price. It fits me very well I got a size M which is my size. I do see alot of negativity in other reviews however for the price I think it great. You can create so many looks with this. I think it looks so spooky I am really happy with it. I think you get alot for the price.

Ordered the xxl just to be on safe side , good job I did as it comes up very small.The tie rope just about fits

It's so narrow there are no pleats and you look like a black drain pipe in it and that's the biggest size . The material is thin and not good

This comes in four pieces including main robe, hood, waist rope belt and a crucifix pendant. The material is quite thin, and I got my teenage daughter to model, she is 5”11 and of average built, it wasn’t as loose as I wanted. So I would advise go a size or two up! We went XL and in theory XXL would’ve been perfect, as the fit is quite thin (see pics). Was Friar Tuck thin?Overall I’d recommend this monk outfit if you go a size up, and the red / brown looks better than the black, as that just looks like a Scream outfit.
