Rinse Ace 3233COM Deluxe Pet Shower Sprayer

This one replaces one of the same brand that we used for about 8 years before the part that attaches to the shower messed up. Toward the end, it was hard to connect. This one connects easily, as the other one did for about 7 years. I am happy with that length of usefulness. My uncertainty about the connector is the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars.It is easy to use and works well. I have a large, long-haired dog. Rinsing takes a long time with any unit, so I was pleased that this new unit allows me to lock it in "on" position. The old one didn't have that, and my hand got tired before I was through rinsing. I don't believe I can unlock it with one hand, which would be nice for some people. For me, it doesn't matter. I sprayed the wrong direction a few times, but would even if I had to hold it in "on" position. My dog is pretty quiet in the shower, so I'm not likely to drop the unit trying to grab the dog. That would be the drawback to having it locked on, but of course you don't have to lock it.I am glad we found this to replace our old one like this one. When this one gives out, I would likely try to buy this again if it lasts as long as the old one did.

I had a deluxe shower sprayer that lasted 8 years. Wonderful product to bathe your dog, control flow of water easily and gentle for your pet. I highly recommend it. Last month it started to leak. The plastic around the coonection to connector is warn down. I purchased and this is cheaply made. Not the same quality. Quite disappointing.I also recoomend investing in a metal connector. The pastic that comes with the shower head does not last a year. Why not give an option during purchase of sprayer?

Happy to have it. But do wish it had option to generate stronger pressure for the spray; not so much that knuckleheads with no common sense could hurt their pet with too much water force, but just enough to shorten rinsing time for dogs with thick, long hair/fur. Especially my larger breeds.In fact, I think this product is such a good start from the designer,that they should pitch another or several Rise Ace Sprayers, designed to accommodate the variety of needs, per the variety of dogs needs. Washing/Rinsing a Standard Poodle, or Sheepdog, is a lot different than a Dachshund.

I have a hand-held shower head but it only reaches 5 feet and is not long enough and also the head is too wide. This product is awesome! I read the reviews and saw you must be careful during installation with the plastic shower head attachment thing. So I installed that just as it says. I used the white tape and so far after about 3 weeks and many showers later:- no leaks whatsoever- no water pressure problems - the 8 foot hose reaches all the way to the tub and to my littlest yorkie dog- the handle has a hook that moves so you can turn the water off, push the button so you control when the water is on/off, or move the hook so water stays on. - the attachment piece stays on the shower head and you remove the hose when you are done. It just twists off easily. I've had no problems popping the hose in and out of the shower head attachment.I will update this review if need be - but I would pay way more than $25 for this. It is made out of plastic which will probably wear down but for the money you pay I hope it lasts..... 5 stars for my sanity!Update, I've popped this product off/on my shower head attachment daily for 2 weeks now to treat my daughters scalp with special shampoo. It has the perfect amount of pressure even to wash her long hair. Still very happy.

I bought this after another one of their shower sprayers went bad (lasted 3 years). The first time I use this one, it worked really well. The last few times I used it, it was extremely hard to push the side button down when the water pressure was on. I'd have to really try to pound the button in or shut the water off before pushing it. This kind of defeats the purpose of this product. I'm leaning towards returning it.

I bought this product to help me bathe my dog, who hates being bathed. Having to struggle with him in the tub or shower was killing my back! With this item, I can direct the flow of clean water exactly where I need it very quickly and with one hand. I lay it close to his skin so he is not frightened by the spray, which is actually fairly gentle. The product installed easily to our existing shower head, and it attaches and detaches quickly and easily from the valve. I can turn the water on to "shower," but nothing flows out of the sprayer until I press the button the side. It also has a small latch you can use to hold the button down for continuous flow. This has cut the struggle and amount of time down immensely for washing my dog, who needs frequent bathing due to skin condition. It also ensures I can get him rinsed very well and not waste any water while soaping him up. I have even used it for my own showering, to cut down on water use while sudsing up and in washing my granddaughter's hair, to direct the water exactly where I want it without getting it into her eyes. Well worth the money on this item!

Loved it until the head started coming apart & leaks & the hose became difficult to attach to the adapter for some reason.

The connector to shower leaks since its super cheap plastic. The threads on the plastic fitting fall apart if they even slightly off . My shower leaks and sprays water all over since this piece fell apart . They should have a metal fitting that doesn't leak and this product would work like you would expect it to function. Should have know this would be an issue when teflon tape is include with the unit...
