VictorinoxSwiss Classic Multicolored 3-Piece Paring Knife Set

Each one of these 3 knives, are well-made & extremely helpful in the kitchen. The serrated paring knife is excellent when working with small to medium size potatoes. It cuts through them cleanly & easily. The 4.5" knife is excellent for cutting bread & homemade rolls. The straight edge paring knife is excellent for coring apples or peeling fruit or vegetables of any type. I do highly recommend wearing a cut-resistant glove, as these knives are very sharp. Also, for added safety, we paired these with 4.5" pink Ergo Chef knife guard. This will protect the knife edge & also your fingers! All in all, an excellent purchase. Highly satisfied.

Victorinox are well made and super sharp. Always a top choice for budget pro knives. They come sharp, these blades are very thin, and they hold an edge well. The handles on these are better? (I think). I bought these to replace a 30 year old Victorinox knife from a professional kitchen. (Only because it snapped from hard use after 30 years.) I really like the old no frills flat handles. They fit perfectly in my drawer. The new handles are more ergonomic for sure, but don't fit quite the same. I also liked the logo on the blade on my old knives. A minor complaint. The shorter knives in this set have the logo on the handle, and on the sticker. The long serrated knife has the logo on the blade. I was shocked at how dull my old Victorinox had become. I don't put it to the stone often and it did a great job for me. The new knives showed me how much better they can be. After three weeks of daily use I see no change. These really are one of the best knives you can buy.

This is probably the 3rd review I have made of this product. Believe me, I am fussy and these knives truly deliver. So much so that I have bought 2 sets for myself and several as gifts for others. They are SHARP!!! They can handle everything from cutting celery to steak. They do not dull and are dishwasher safe. I honestly can't live without them. And the price point? WOW so inexpensive for such performance. You won't be disappointed. I am thrilled with this purchase (again!).

These little knives might seem small but they are sturdy and very long lasting!A cousin of mine gave me one well over 5 years ago and although it is still going strong I decided to get this set (not to replace) to add to my knife set. There’s nothing worse than dull knives in the kitchen! These little things are sharp!

Very sharp knives, indeed, that slide through practically anything and are easy to clean up. My one disappointment is that the serrated blade is only single-sided so it does not make even slices of things.
