For the price, I was not expecting too much. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by what turned up. Although the kit arrived in a small, but heavy package, when it was all unpacked it was indeed a very comprehensive weights lifting kit which is very easy to assemble.Although the kit is of a plastic type material it feels very cushioned to hold, is comfortable to use, and looks to be very solid and robust, and if treated sensibly and with respect this kit should give years of valuable domestic weight training and fitness service within the home for most ages.Now in my 70s, I chose this kit to use at home to help keep fit, maintain bone density and maintain and build a bit of muscle tone.Although having only just received the kit I can see no reason why it should not suit my requirements admirably.In conclusion, take care of it, be sensible and realistic with it and enjoy the exercise, fitness and weightlifting ride this kit offers. Get in shape for 2025 with this great weights and dumbell set. Has that new product smell and looks cool with the vibrant colours. A variety of sizes for all levels of fitness and exercise. Comfortable grips and easy to remove and add weights system. Comes with an exercise chart that you can work on at your own speed. Great value for money.

Super prompt dispatch.... however the seller send the wrong product which was just the extra weights for the 40kg set (I ordered 30kg set) with no bars or the other weights in the 30kg set.Contacted seller who dispatched the full 30kg set very quickly and suggested I kept the extra 40kg weights as an apology.The 30kg set arrived very quickly but one of the 2.5kg weights was damaged. Again a replaced was dispatched quickly.All parcels were very heavy (as expected) but not very sturdily wrapped meaning the boxes were hard to move. Except the replacement weight which was incredibly well wrapped in tape.The quality of the product is acceptable however does look different to the images as the dumbell bars are much longer than shown in the pictures.Weights are a little uneven depending on how well they have been filled.Bars are comfy to hold and use.Instructions very limited and do not actually show how to assemble the kettle bells or what all the parts are for.

Got this so I could work out at home when working a lot.. at first I was happy with it but after a couple of uses I noticed its many flaws. The bar attachments bend with weight on ( not even max weight) the threading on the poles is cheap and will not last or hold. I found this out when using the kettlebell attachment and as I lifted it, the handle came off and I dropped the whole load on my foot breaking a toe and badly bruising the rest. Safe to say I won't be using that again. As dumbbells, they are okay to use and feel safe but other than that I wouldn't bother. Just buy a propper set of metal weights and save yourselves the trip to a+e

The 20kg is madeUp of 2KGs and 1.5kgs which works reallyWell for me as I want lighter but longer reps.Def recommended- well built lots of diff uses- dumb bells- push up bars- lifting bar- dumbballSuper happy as it’s one kit it saves money hope this helps
