I've tried so many other probiotics, but none have worked as well as Gut Health, and I'm thankful I came across it. Not only can I tell it is effective in helping with my stomach issues like bloating and irregularity along with a few others, but with the gut being so instrumental to the rest of your health, you can imagine it's been helpful with my energy and brain fog as well. I have tried many, many, MANY, probiotics over the last 15 years. I had come to the point of just leaving them alone all together. I saw a video on YouTube from a Dr that suggest SBO probiotics. I research them and decided to give Smarter Gut Health a try. This is the first SBO probiotic that I have taken and right off the bat I noticed the difference. For one, they did not make me sick or have any crazy gastro issues. Second, the pill is easy to swallow and does not get caught in my throat. I am getting ready to start my second bottle and I will continue these for a while. The two changes that I have noticed more than any others is easier and more consistent bowel movement, and a feeling of wellness. It is hard to describe the latter. Just try them. You have nothing to lose at all.

This is a great probiotic and I will definitely be reordering. I have recently moved from other supplement brands to Smarter Nutrition because their quality and absorption are much better than others on the market. I really like that this probiotic is soil based which allows it to actually make it to the digestive track and keep it shelf stable. I think this will help keep my immune system up as well as help my body be able to digest food better. Also the fact that is has flaxseed oil, MCT oil and a prebiotic is a win in my book.

I've tried many different probiotics to help with various digestive/immune system issues. I have a really sensitive system and these probiotics keep me feeling good! I love it when I can eat and drink healthily and not suffer any adverse effects - this probiotic does the trick. I feel good and my immune system and gut health seem to be doing well, which is not always the case for me. I've tried a dozen, if not more, probiotics over the last 2 years or so. Smarter Nutrition's is by far the best that I've come across and i'll definitely be a repeat customer. Their tasteless, easy to swallow, and I started to notice results within 3-4 days of starting to take them. I'm by no means an expert, but think the prebiotic element, along with the MCT Oil makes a big difference, with the latter of the two giving a little additional energy kick. They're also soil-based which makes them easy to store on your shelf with refrigeration not being required, whatsoever. Couldn't recommend more!!!

My stomach seems to be very touchy, eat the wrong things and its upset. Too much stress and its upset. Have the same meal that I loved 2 weeks ago without concern but now, its upset... I'm sure you get the point. One of the best ways I've found to lessen this problem in my life has been with consistent probiotic use! Now, not every one that I've tried has been a win with my system and some even made my stomach more upset but this probio by smarter nutrition is just right. The gel tabs are a bit large to swallow and taste/smell a little funny if you don't get them don't right away but that's literally my only complaint. They are gentle on my sensitive guts and have been helping keep my digestive system a happier place. Yay for good gut bacteria! I mainly take mine at night so they have the most time to absorb without interference of other foods and supplements and that seems to work best for me. I love that they don't need to live in my fridge, where I'd likely forget them, as well. So they sit on my vanity in my bedroom ready for me. There might be a different routine that works better for you but definitely give these probiotics a shot if you're looking for a good one.

I loved this probiotic. Usually others cause me to gain weight or feel bloated. I bought this after researching on here for some soiled-based. Right now the financial struggle is real and I took the risk. When I received the bottle it said that I had a free bottle as a reward. I contacted the company and they were glad to send it. I have finished both bottles and how I wish I had money to afford another one. My gut sure changed after the second bottle! Be patient when taking this product. I couldn’t lose weight and this helped with losing a few lbs and with my appetite. I don’t know if I had some sort of die out symptom in the first 2 weeks not to where my stomach would be the cause but I just felt tired. Overall, great product! And I paid this out of pocket, as mentioned the company does give as a reward the second bottle for free (don’t know if that’s still a promo).

It is not always bad try things out especially when gut is telling you. Though I was skeptical at first to buy this product, but it turn out great for my constant constipation that was driving me crazy. It gentle for for your stomach though the gel tablets are huge for my liking. It has no taste to it I just don't like when pills are that large of a size. I have being incorporating it with other supplements and I am very so much better since i started taking Gut Health supplements. It's always good to listen to body as take or do anything just to be sure you are doing the right thing. It works wander for me and I believe to continue taking this for the full results.. I have being taking this for the past 90 days so I am really happy with the results and my BM too has improved. I gave a four stars only because the pills is large for my liking but the other that, the results have been great.
