A rope that has already outlived my previous ropes
This is NOT a speed rope, but the amount of resistance and durability provided here, makes this my favorite rope of all time.Again, doing double under's is really hard, but this will test your endurance if you like skipping ; )

Buena cuerda
Muy buena cuerda para saltar, tuve que modificar los mangos porque por no ser parejas me ampollaban las manos después de eso excelentes.

This rope is a beast in the best way! Great way to combine cardio and strength at the same time
I've had this rope for a couple of weeks now, and am so glad I purchased it; it's enhanced my jump rope workouts in ways i hadn't even anticipated. For reference, I'm 5/6", and purchased the 8' rope (S, I think), because after measuring my existing ropes, they are actually quite a bit shorter now than when I first started (they are all less than 8' now).Backstory: I've been jumping rope for going on 2 1/2 years. During that time, I've purchased a bunch of different brands of ropes, all inexpensive, to experiment with what works best: beaded or licorice, long or short-handles. I also determined a few months into teaching myself how to jump rope that freestyle is what I love - none of the cross-fit styled double-unders and boring slogs just doing single bounce or boxer step for 30 min. straight. So, most of my workouts are combination of footwork and rope work/tricks, and I have found that the $5 beaded jump ropes off Amazon have served me well, and have never felt the need to purchase the $$$ x-rope set. I also do rope flow moves, which don't involve actual jumping at all. Also, because the rope itself is removable, I figured I could always insert a lighter PVC corded rope in there if I didn't like this one/wanted to swap it out from time to time. I should also say that I break handles and go through jump ropes pretty quickly because i frequently drop them when doing mic releases. And the beads wear out pretty quickly.Enter the HereRope. I thought it might be good to have a heavier rope to incorporate into my workouts, and the price point on this, along with the durable handles and swivel design, were an easy sell. The handles are really nice, a heavy-weight aluminum about 6.5" long, and have a gridded texture to enhance the grip. The rope itself is attached to the metal link via two small screws. There were 2 extras, and a tiny allen wrench included, along with a carrying bag for everything. The screws are in tight. The rope itself is extremely durable and has no kinks or bends in it whatsoever; if you use it on a mat, it will probably last years.Jumping experience: First off, let me say: this is not a rope i'd recommend for beginners, for the sole reason that it is quite heavy, and would be challenging to learn on! Learning good form with a 5mm PVC cord or beaded rope and long (7-8") handles is the way I'd go. This rope, however, will jack your heart rate up in less than a minute, even if you're experienced. It will also challenge/strengthen your grip and build your forearm, shoulder and even chest muscles (jumping backward). It is excellent for rope flow moves because of the weight, and I found it to be excellent for running crossovers, EB's, cross-over side swings, and even tricks like toads and leg-overs (aka "kruger/crouger"). In fact, it's helped to improve my form so that when I switch to the lighter beaded rope. Be advised: this rope will be absolutely savage and show you no mercy if your form isn't good - it really hurts when it smacks you 😫 .I would absolutely recommend this rope if you're looking to have a rope that will allow you to get a short, HIIT/tabata style circuit workout with your rope. Another reason to wait on buying it: as you become more experienced, you'll shorten your rope up. It would be better to make sure you are jumping with a length that doesn't change rather than buy it, and either end up shortening it regularly (which obviously can be done, but looks like a bit of a PITA), or ending up with it too short. The 8' is perfect for me; the rope - including handles - comes to about 5-6" under my armpits standing on it with both feet together. But, measure your existing rope that is a good length for you, and buy yours based on that length. You probably won't be able to use it for more than a minute or so at a time to start, but just like weight lifting, you work up as you get stronger. If you were looking to possibly get the $100 rope, don't bother. Save a lot of money and get this one instead! The handles are durable and unbreakable, the swivel mechanism is responsive and works great with any type of side swing move, and the rope itself could be swapped out if needed. I'm delighted with my purchase!

Good Job
It's a good product. The rope has no issue with a smooth rotation. I love the weight too. I'm 153cm. I ordered the shorter one, which is perfect for me. I don't need to trim it.
