Got this for my 8 year old after she saw the airup one. Does exactly the same for half the price. She is using it a lot and so far so good

Utterly disappointed in this. My son opened this morning, popped on the flavour pod and the whole top of the bottle (blue bit) went inside the bottle so he is unable to use it

This is a mediocre gimmick,it doesn't do anything, the bottle itself feel cheap and weird to drink out of, do yourself a favor and don't buy this worthless product

This was not what I expected. Usually the idea is that you put fruit in the bottle but that often goes off and the taste can then be bad. In this there is no physical link between the water and the flavour/scent. To drink you put you nose right next to the scent pods which then provide the illusion that the water has a flavour.Obvious you taste buds then realise that the water, is just water. Unlike the suggestion, there is no actual flavouring of the water. It is an part illusion only.Still in all it does make the water appear more attractive, which is a good think. After all it is far more sustainable and cost effective to use this, rather than keep buying plastic bottles with juice.My only concern is that they suggest changing the pods every 5 days which means the entire set would only last 1 month. Then they are selling another set of pods for £10. So it would end up quite expensive over time if you kept changing. Perhaps they could reduce the price of new scent pods.This could be a product which really catches on if the price for scent pods came down a little.

It is clear that this drink bottle and concept is trying to mimic the super popular ‘air-up’ drinks bottle. The concept is that you drink plain water but smell the pod as you drink and it tricks you into thinking you are drinking flavoured water. It works to a point but the water tastes plain and the scent soon wears off. It comes with five scented replaceable pods - Passion Fruit, Peach, Grapefruit, Lime and Lemon. Each pod lasts up to 5 days but in reality you can stretch these out for longer. Especially as replacements are around £10 for a 5-pack. One plus of this bottle compared to the brand leader is that it is straight in design and doesn’t have a bent neck, which means it stands up easily on the draining board after washing. Overall, a good alternative and reasonably priced, especially as five pods are included. Well packaged and would make ideal gift.

I always wondered about these airpod bottles and really wanted to try them.Sadly, like the magic-eye puzzles of the 90s, it's a fad that doesn't work for me.The water tastes like water, but I've got an air freshener next to my nose that I don't smell while drinking because you don't inhale when you're drinking. The pods don't change my drinking experience, don't give me flavour, and, to be honest, are a little overpowering and sickly when sniffed.The bottle isn't one I'd use day-to-day; when you drink, it has a habit of leaking as there are holes in the rim (to improve scent?), but they allow water to spill out.It's a no from me on all counts.

This is a water bottle with an intriguing promise, it comes in a retail package that is gift worthy.Inside the package you will find the bottle and 5 cartridges of scent to flavour the water!I drink weak squash all the time, I only need half the amount my wife and daughter use to be happy to drink it so I was looking forward to trying this new concept and to adjust my rehydration to purely H2O.After the bottle had been washed I opened one of the pods and fitted it to the bottle as instructed, then I pulled it up to the mark and had a pull on the water.It simply tasted of tap water (Yuk) so I tried again with a good hearty sniff as I began my sip, I could smell the passion fruit but not taste it at all!So I gave it to my partner to try, she normally drinks squash with a much higher concentration than I do but amazingly it works for her!A couple of days later our daughter saw that her mother had a new water bottle and she tried it, with the same results I had!So in our unscientific testing of this bottle, one out of three people found it to work!I was not at all enthusiastic about the price of this and the on-cost for the scent capsules even if it worked for me would be enough to put me off buying this product.For these reasons I cannot personally endorse or recommend this item for at least 2/3rds of the populace.Happy to help!
