I purchased 4 of these locks to install on 2 properties. So far they’ve been installed for a month without any issue. I was a bit skeptical in purchasing these since they had more negative reviews than positive ones, but after being used for a month so far, I can say the quality on these locks are great. It must be noted that the installation has to be done correctly and according to the instructions seen on the video published, instructions sent by the seller, and attached to the locks.

Looks great, value for the money is great! The size was prefect, we did have an issue with the ease of installation and locks functionality. It was defective, my husband and I could not install it and program it no matter what we did!

Installed this combination door lock in my front entry that has a wrought iron gate. Love the fact you can unlock the gate from inside or outside since combination numbers are on both sides.

The rotation of the handle has to be in a very specific position. Otherwise, the handle won't open the lock. If you rotate it to far (prior to installation) then the other handle won't work. Should be some instructions explaining that. Second issue, the handle itself is not at a 90 degree position from the keypad, it's vertical and makes it difficult to access the buttons. The amount of money I saved on the locks, was offset in lost time getting them to work.

I tried to make this lock work. And the seller was incredibly responsive sending me a new second lock. But there was always a problem with the latch getting stuck open with both units. In the end, I was refunded my money. So I'd give the seller 5 stars, but none for this product.

This is a poorly built item. Does not fit American standard doors and you will have to cut items in order to make it fit to your door. Do not buy this.
