HSK Standard Course 1 - Workbook

Good new book, prompt delivery

Perfect when used in conjunction woth the HSK1 textbook. Gives you exercises to practice along with the learning from the textbook.

I bought this for my son Whois doing Mandarin at university. He has used them constantly and says they have helped him a great deal to practise between lectures. The resources arrived very quickly and were well packaged (I purchased this along with the text book).

Bought this to help with my Mandarin classes, works quite well. But there is no way to check your answers, or translate some of the words it uses as examples. Luckily I get this from my teacher.

The workbook comes with a CD so you can practice your listening skills which was very good, there are also lots of exercises for practising your reading skills but when I sat the exam at Newcastle University some of the reading questions were not covered by the book, the question format was the same but I did not recognise the structure of a few of the sentences, they were not in the course book either. I think overall it is a good tool to help you pass the exam.
