I work out multiple times a week and I use this as a part of my warm-up EVERY single workout. I wish I had discovered it earlier in my life. I believe it would have helped me avoid some painful injuries.

It’s a pretty solid foam roller. I thought the description said the foam was soft and it is not. Does have good modes for massage though.

I have some tension in my lower back and was happy to order this foam roller to try to work out some kinks.Even on the lowest setting, this roller is STRONG, perhaps even a bit too strong for my liking. You can hear it and feel the vibrations from way across the room.It does feel helpful but I wish it was able to be set at weaker settings.

Great product BUT wouldn’t recommend since the charging port breaks downs easily after a short period of time.The intensity and texture definitely work great for Myofascial Release, but unfortunately the roll is poor quality as it only lasted me less than a couple months before the charging port stopped working. I thought the first time I purchased, maybe I got a defective one, however, same issue happened the second time I bought it again.There are several great options out there for vibration therapy. I won’t be buying this tool again.
