This product is amazing. Many people were commenting about the quality of this item, but I got one without issues. This item works great when paired with hair jigs. I have only tried the green ones, but I am eager to try the pink and white ones too.

This is good bait for catching small fish

We found these hard to use. They were crumbly and hard to put on a hook.

I started using these several years ago after someone told me about them. My favorite way to use them is take a lead jig hook & tie it onto your line or leader, put a black and chartreuse tube jig on then take a Crappie Nibble and put it on the tip of the hook. I then let it free fall to the bottom (We fish in about 20 - 30 ft of water) and slowly reel up. You will feel a hard thump of a crappie taking the jig into its mouth and that's when you set the hook. Since the Crappie Nibbles are quite soft, they do not effect the hookset whatsoever, which is nice. Like someone else stated in their review, if you leave the lid off they will firm up a bit. While we still catch fish without the nibbles, they defiantly result in more bites when we use them. Enough so that I buy them yr after yr & that's saying something because I won't waste my money on products that don't work. I should also state that I have only used the chartreuse colors. I like the fact that I have sucesslly caught a few fish with this power bait. Doesn't dry out after opening. So far so good.

These nibbles are very attrative for crappies, very satisfied for the result!Just hook on jigs, with little plasitic bait for crappie. I tried hook it with salted minnow also, it works as well.Hooked up small mouth bass and walleye as well!Easy to store, carrying and using.
