quick drop sets while training solo
Nice addition to the gym bag, allows me to drop set without losing too much time under tension. Work well paired with a set of weight stack pins also purchased off amazon, which allow you to drop one stack instead of the two stacks the gym pin allows

I will need to send these back ordered the dp pins now as seen them in action at gym, these don't clip the spring in so useless
