Didn’t work.
Didn’t work right out of the box. The listing said returnable until 30 days later but when tried to return it said it was not returnable. Amazon took care of it but ne very careful.

Worked great but only lasted 3 months
This product was perfect for our elderly mother, easy to use, comfortable. Unfortunately it arrived the end of March and stopped working in July.

Works well for handicapped adult
The chair seat came very quickly and works well. It is comfortable because the seat is soft. My husband says he'd definitely order it again.

She said it hurt her bottom when she sat on it for a while. We sent it back.

Good product; just not for us...
The mechanics were loud. Because of my husband's mental status, the lift's controls seemed too difficult for him to operate and he needs something chargeable or cord free with handles for seating in chairs without armrest.
