This is thick. It's not a flimsy band. The band resistance is a little stronger than I'd expected. It's durable and I'm sure will last as long as I need it. Great value for the price.

Needed some resistance bands for at home stretching and strength training. These are so thick and sturdy, hold up to great amounts of tension, and are versatile to what you can do with them. Great value from the competitors.

It has been very useful for stretching at the gym. It is strong and elastic, made of very good material.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Exactly what I wanted. I’ve been having rotator cuff issues on the left side. I have used it twice now at the golf course before and after my practice session. This is my first time ever using a stretch band like this. It seems to work really well. It is not a heavy band for pulling. You do not need a lot of weight for therapy for the rotator cuff. Like I said, only use it twice, it seems to be very good. I appreciate this tool for therapy.

Great thickness and resistance and length. Good enough that both my wife and I can both use it even though I am much stronger. She just uses one and I’m doubling it up.
