The first one I bought quit working after a very short time. The manufacturer was very responsive and replaced it. The new one was a bit different and shortly after installation developed a most obnoxious hum when something was being charged using the USB port. The manufacturer was totally non responsive.

Large enough that modification may be required to existing box. Only accepts one set of wires (no bridging) and other wires may need to be terminated. Once installed, it continued to buzz. That made us too nervous to continue use.

too deep insert in my outlets!

Will not accept or charge my amazon Fire tablet. Other things ok. (Fitbit).
