Love. Most women's oly bars are 15kg which is 33lbs. I like to use these to make it a nice round 35lbs.

They do the job
These are great little plates if you want to increase your weight in very small increments once you begin to hit a plateau with lifting. Not everyone may be able to move up in 5 pound increments each time, so these are very effective. Well built with a nice finish.
