Different Settings
It is a great toy for my toy poodle. The light colors let me know the different settings for bouncing-spinning that I need. Definitely, it is fun, and it keeps his attention. I TURN "TWEETIE" OFF AT NIGHT and recharge it.

Cocker loves it! Sturdy, 2 ropes included. Great value
The media could not be loaded. I hesitated to buy this toy for a long time because of the mixed reviews. I'm very happy I finally did so for my 4-year-old Cocker Spaniel. It's been 5 months and he still loves playing with it (see video). Boredom is my biggest worry with an expensive purchase. It came with an extra, very thick rope, which is easy to loop through the toy. The other more expensive IQ ball came with only one cover, and the attached flimsy ribbon didn't last. The chirping sound excites the hunter in him especially when it bounces and spins in crazy directions, then stops, until a noise reactivates it. I like that it isn't as loud as the similar IQ ball, which is a concern for apartment dwellers living above cranky neighbours. As long as the recommendations aren't ignored, the toy should last a long time. My particular breed's neurosis is channelled by playing fetch, treat balls, advanced IQ puzzles, and the occasional bully stick. He's a medium dog and a light chewer. It is not suitable for dogs with a strong bite. If you buy the hardest yaky or bully stick for your dog, save your money for an appropriate toy.

My dog loves it!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for a new 3 month old puppy we just adopted. However as soon as I turned it on and set it on the floor, my 9 year old, 20 lb dachshund went berserk for it! He NEVER plays w toys but has been playing with it for an hour and won’t even let her near it! I gave it 4 stars for durability: he’s basically toothless and already shredded one rope in half (it does come w 2) & now he’s chewing the plastic ball apart. This won’t last long. Definitely not for large breeds or heavy chewers! But it has provided tons of entertainment for pups and people alike. I’m going to order another for the puppy!

Not a bad toy, could use improvement
This has been a fun toy for our dog, a little Maltese guy. But the exterior is very hard plastic, and we hear a lot of banging on the floors. Also, the design requires that you unscrew the bottom cap to turn it on and off, a bit of inconvenience. But the shaking and twisting and little bird chirps, albeit very low volume, have been fun for our dog. The rope tails unravel and add to the bad design.

Zoë love it!
The media could not be loaded. I have tried so many different interactive toys with Zoë and she either ignores them or only plays with them for a short time. Not this time!! She loves this toy! I love how she hits it with her paw when it stops moving. If it doesn't move right away, she starts to walk away, and then it starts up again, and surprises her! It makes a soft squeak to call her back to the toy!Today we are having strong Santa Ana winds, which are loud and scare Zoë. She was attached to my side in fear. But, as soon as I turned on her new toy and put it on the floor, she forgot about the winds!!The battery life seems to be very good and the toy is well constructed. I don't know if it would hold up to a large dog that loves to tear things apart, but it is perfect for a smaller gentler dog and cats.It is also easy to open to charge and control the toy's function. I had a previous toy that was so hard to open and close, and it would often open when Zoë was playing with it, which was alarming. This toy easily twists open and shut and locks into place securely. You can choose between 3 different speeds/functions depending on type of floor. It comes with an extra rope and a charging cord.I highly recommend this toy. Zoë loves it!

AWESOME TOY!!!
10 lb. 10 month old toy poodle plays with this for hours and then won't give it back! The charge lasts a long time. She also has one of those lime green plastic wibble-wobble balls she loves... but that rolls under furniture constantly and then she barks at me until I get it out which is annoying. This toy doesn't do that and it's hilarious to watch. I don't find the chirping and spinning noise it makes annoying at all. What's really funny is when she gets distracted doing something else and then it does its spinning chirping sound, gets her attention, and the fun starts again. I'm on my second one only because she is a Shark with plastic, it didn't stop the toy from functioning and the plastic didn't fall off it just got grooves and rough around the edges, but still safe. I'm also on one set of the replacement rope that comes out the top. Its weight is perfect, not too heavy, not to fragile and she tosses and throws it up like a rag-doll. Seriously worth the money! I've spent sooooo much money on toys for this dog [shark] that any Amazon package that gets delivered she does the happy dance and happy whine because she knows it's probably something for her [yes that many!] and this beats all of those together! Lastly remember to turn it off before bed so you don't freak out and wonder what the racket is in your living room!

Not durable, had bite marks immediately
The media could not be loaded. Best for smaller dogs. Even then I’m sure they will make bite marks too. The ball is hard yet my dog put so many marks on it. He’s a blue heeler about 60lbs. I will say their customer service is amazing. I was contacted for feedback and they jumped right into helping me get another one since the first one I got didn’t work.My dog loses his mind for this toy and it’s the most hilarious thing. Keeps his mind activated since he is a working dog.On his first go around it was marked up pretty bad. The top and bottom pieces will fall apart from time to time while playing with it too. Easy to put back together though.Perhaps I didn’t see if they said not suitable for medium/large dogs. Needs a redesign to make it more durable. I have several light up balls that have stood the test of time due to quality of material.New design is needed here. Or offer a larger more durable one for medium/larger dogs.

Good.
It’s a little clunky but it’s entertaining for my dog. Especially with the hanging rope. At first he was obsessed, now he will just chase it for a bit and then move on. It’s unfortunate you have to take off the bottom to turn it on and off.

Not Charging
Can someone please contact me as this product has arrived but it will not charge. Had plugged in and red light just keep flashing and wont charge, so when i push button nothing happens. I would really prefer a replacement rather than getting my money back at this stage
