Replacement of Broken 2018 Ford F-150 OEM Push Button Cover Plate
The OEM top retaining clip broke on my 2018 F-150 King Ranch door keypad. The prospect of taking it to Ford for $200.00 plus repair wasn’t a popular option. I ordered this Chinese replacement part based solely on the part’s reviews. It wasn’t easy but with the help of several small thin bladed screwdrivers, some patience and a little bit of luck I was able to separate the OEM keypad from the broken cover plate. I also separated the new replacement part and used it’s cover plate on the existing OEM push button pad. If you choose this option remember to be careful and don’t get too rowdy with the plastic parts. The replacement part fit perfectly, looks exactly like the original and works great! Total repair cost was less than $25 and my truck is back to normal. Another benefit to the part interchange is I didn’t have to reprogram the keypad.

Great Parts Refresh
I originally bought this for the keypad. After 10 years, my 2016 F150 keypad looked a bit rough since I use it often. After seeing how well the trim ring matched I decided to use that as well. Save some money vs OEM if your electronics are still good and you just want to refresh it a bit.

Great Replacement Lock Pad
Worked perfect to replace my broken 2019 F150 lock pad. Watch a couple of YouTube videos, I did not replace the harness, only the keypad itself. Super easy to do with all of the heartache of replacing the harness.

Door keypad
2010 Ford Explorer sport track adrenaline model. Easy to install with the right tools, metal clips are on top and bottom ,pry out easy. I did the top first ,small screwdriver or trim removal tools, Pry out with one small tool.put in another tool if needed to get a better pry point so as to not break anything.

Great fit and works well with slight modifications to harness.
Seems like an exact replacement and works very well for half the price. For my F250 I had to cut the old harness off and pull old wire down through door. I then cut the push in clips off the new harness and feed it through the channel behind the existing hole and zip tied it to the existing clip in the door. No rattles, or rubbing and works perfectly.

Worked great. Swapped out new clip with old one. It only took minutes
