Dylex Professional Chocolate Maker's Granite Worktop Slab

Just the right size to use for tempering chocolate or simply making chocolates as it keeps cool even in a hot kitchen...only down side is...it is very heavy...but that's only to be expected. Would definitely recommend..

Perfect for the job, knew it was going to be heavy, arrived well packaged and I had to replan where it was going to live as I knew from the weight of it it was not something I wanted to be moving a lot. The slab is beautifuly cut, has little feet to protect any wooden surface from scratches and the perfect size for tempering.
