I have tried several security cameras that are available online. This camera, is my absolute favorite. The video is really good. You can zoom in to see things easier. You can go into settings to adjust the lights so they are not extremely bright or set them to low. There is a siren feature, in the event you want that feature. Instead of using the cloud to save alerts, you can use a micro sd card. There are a lot of other features also. It is fairly easy to install. It is hard wired, it is not the solar version . I like the fact that I can see the whole area on the side of my home or the back of my home. You can see from the left side of the house siding to the right side of the house siding, it's a full view. The photo with the road is the right side of my home, and the woods is to the left side of my home. The video is excellent. I highly recommend this product because I have purchased two so far and I feel the value for my money with this camera was very well spent . The app works well. It's easy to contact customer service through the app to chat, or there is a telephone number you can contact. The customer service agent Nicole knows her job very well and I appreciated her help very much . I can also say that if I ever had a question with this company, I was answered in a short period of time.

The floodlight sensor is pretty sensitive and these lights can get bright. The camera is pretty sensitive too and tracks pretty well. Though there are times it'll over compensate for the tracking a bit but it'll go back to track the movements. I love how you can turn the light on or off anytime. The speaker is pretty loud and the alarm is no joke. It's very loud and obnoxious which serves its purpose! The IR is especially clear at night and even better when it switches to normal lighting. Generally it is pretty clear for everything. Trying to catch license plate numbers really depends on the angle and optics... at certain angle the numbers are VERY cleareven at great distance but most of the time they're just... bright plates no matter what time of the day or night. The camera will catch movements but sometimes the AI wouldn't recognize the "shape" so you'll get the motion notification but not the "detail of the shape" until you viewed it yourself. Overall, great floodlight camera. I bought 2 so far already. Installation took less than an hour. Most of the time was wasted for forgetting my tools or getting cautious with shakey ladder and spiders.One thing we did notice is that you can adjust the light brightness for your eyes but even in the dimmed setting the camera sees no difference with lighting. So keep that in mind if you don't want to shine too much light to your neighbors!I contacted Customer Service with a general question and Sophia was very prompt with the replies and escalating the issue to their appropriate team. My question was answered at a very fast pace thanks to the Aosu team.I highly recommend Aosu and at least the Floodlight Camera!

After using the floodlight PT camera for almost half a year, the verdict is in.Pros: Excellent video quality although over-exposed when lights come on. Good notification speed. Good technical support at second level and up. First level support makes you think you are doing something wrong. There is a notion of Detection Zones which is useful when object gets too close - only then would you sound alarm. Good night vision.Cons: App needs improvement - Auto cruise doesn't do enough - at least let us know if there's been a change between scene from previous cruise. Person detection slow when walking directly towards camera. Even with 24/7 recording, no ability to record a snippet that spans adjacent events. The "Track Motion" option says it will "The camera will rotate to follow the moving target detected" - I have this disabled yet it will always track motion. There is no designated "Home" position, so you have to use the last cruise position as the Home. It would be nice if floodlight could be a different tint than pure bright white. Wifi is a little weak - would be nice to have at least Wifi 6 with AX standard.All in all, a good camera that helps deters criminals.

When i first purchased this item it worked better than expected. The clarity was great it tracks motion well and the set up was easy for someone scared of heights and electricity. Unfortunately less than year the camera was stuck. The floodlights still worked well but the camera would only work on it's y Axis. I reached out to the company with low expectations but to my very pleasant surprise i received help from Julie. Julie gave me very clear instructions on how to troubleshoot the camera and best of all if they didn't hear back from me they would make it a point to reach out and check on me and their product. I really appreciate they professionalism and attention to my situation. Julie and the team were able to resolve my issue and i now have a working camera again. I have since bought a doorbell for myself and my mom and intend to buy more products.

I have multiple Aosu cameras and this model is my favorite due to the floodlights and connecting this directly to electricity removes the concerns of battery life. The motion tracking is also a great feature that has served me well with pedestrian traffic. I did have 1 of my floodlight cameras stop working and Nicole from the customer service team was very responsive and quick to resolve the problem. Recommend this brand for the value, functionality, and customer service.
