I got this for my man for our anniversary/ late Valentine's day gift and he loves, loves, loves it. I will be getting him more Genshin Impact figures soon :).

I've been looking for a Kokomi figure for a while, and this one topped the charts, arrived today and the quality + detail is amazing, a lot bigger than I expected too, but she is easily my favourite, 10/10

Very gorgeous figure overall despite weird scratches on the base. Box was in decent condition and the figure itself was undamaged, albeit slightly wobbly. I don't know why it came with bizarre AI generated images though. I'd rather have real art than AI images.

Got this for a friend for her birthday & she loves it! This figure was larger than I expected & the detail is amazing! One of the best I've seen for the price.

Two days ago I received my purchase and I've never had to give a bad review before, but this time it was needed. The Kokomi figure herself is beautifully sculpted and painted... except for multiple dark scratches down the light pink ponytail between her neck and the hair. But the most glaring problem of all are the two sizeable geometric indents into the back of her head, where her two blue "wing" decorations were supposed to come up from under her ponytail... except for the fact that she nor the box the figure was in came with the pieces to press into those holes.

I’ve been looking for this figure from somewhere safe and reliable for awhile now. This is the place! She looks amazing and so much bigger than I expected! She is quite fragile, so be delicate. Also received some extra goodies of a Lisa photo card and post cards! Thank you!

The pictures did not do her any justice! The details on her are gorgeous, definitely not a bootleg, and it is worth every single penny!!
