This contains a good assortment of vitamins. Good value for your money.

I really wanted to like this product, it has many ingredients that I want in a supplement to aid my well being. However I do not want to be taking hidden simple sugars that will spike my blood sugar. Sadly glucose and cane sugar being the first two ingredients that add nothing to the supplements in this is not good for me.

From the very beginning I feel energized

This supplement has many quality vitamins. Vitamin C & D, elderberry, and other botanicals are the main ones. I took the entire container and didn’t have any negative effects from them. However I didn’t really notice any change in how I felt either. I can’t say I felt more energetic or alert, but maybe that is not the expected outcome. I think they are worth trying because the vitamins are good for you.
