Perfect for sealing in the natural color
Used to coat my maple/purpleheart guitar neck. Easy to apply, dries fairly quick and has sealed the purpleheart in its freshly cut vibrant deep purple color. Its been about a year, and the color hasnt faded at all. I coated it heavily until the wood stopped soaking it up, and then let it somewhat dry, and added a poly coat let it dry for 48 hours, added another few coats of poly, sanding with 600 grit between coats. After the last coat, sanded with 600 up to 2000 grit then lightly with 0000 steel wool. Plays like a dream, looks amazing feels great

I’m happy with how my instrument turned out
Very fast drying, to the point it becomes a little difficult to work with. Good appearance, A day After finishing the violin i assembled and left a few dents with my fingernails (accidentally). I’m guessing it takes much longer for it to fully cure (so be warned).

Great shellac blend for antiques
Used to repair a small blemish on a fine hand crafted dulcimer. Also used with linseed oil to refinish an antique mantel clock. Very good quality.

Old feel
This is easy to apply and it can be done with multiple coats with in between dryings. It gives your wood a yellow aged appearance while the wood is still new.

Highly Recommended (Made In Turkey)
This product is an excellent finish on furniture. It enhances natural grain and adds a smoothness to the wood surface.

Amazing! Good for vintage radios
Great product! I use this for vintage radio restorations, the wood cabinets. I really love how even it is applied, due to how thin it is. In the times that I use it, it does seem to have a dull appearance, but that is fine for my use because I end up doing a topcoat with Lacquer.
