This little soft contact lens kit came in a little gift box with a bow on top, which I thought was really cute. Inside came a little compact case (with a heart on the cover!) which holds a reusable contact lens case, a tiny tube that I suppose is to hold lens cleaner and tweezer and applicator for the lens. Outside of the compact case it also includes this tool that looks like scissors that's meant to hold your eyelids open. I personally don't need the scissor tool and use daily disposables so I have nothing to say regarding how useful the scissor tool device is. The best thing in this kit is the contact lens tweezer and applicator. With long nails, it's hard to remove the contact lens at the end of the day and that tweezer does the job in under a minute, it pulls the lens right off without discomfort. The applicator is nice too, in that you can put your soft contact lens on it to check whether it is inverted or not before applying.

I just recently had an optometrist appointment and decided to splurge on some daily-use contact lenses and one pack of monthly lenses. My optometrist told me to make sure I have contact solution on hand and a case for my lenses, so I ended up ordering this. I think this is the perfect starting pack for anyone that's new to contacts. It can be a bit hard to clean but overall still a good buy.

I have small eyes and it is difficult for me to get contacts in because I can't get my eyes open very wide. This helps. Not completely fool proof but it has helped me. I am sure that as time goes on I will get better and better with it and it will become second nature for me.
