Buy a covered one...
The media could not be loaded. I bought the original and the tree of life ones. I liked the simplicity of the original and I lit the original first but as you can see the covered tree of life one is more efficient in heating the oil water mix. The original one isn't even warm in this video despite burning longer. I added my own oil but was very pleased and surprised to recieve a tealight candle, a coaster and bottle of oil with each unit. By luck I recieved orange oil which is my favourite scent so even better. I think I will be using the tree of life one and keeping the other as a spare as it is definately superior in efficiency. The only downside for me is the addition of the brand name cut into the side of the unit - I understand why it's there - just not to my taste but doesn't effect its usefulness.

Not sure about this yet!
I've only used this twice so far, and even though it's on the table next to where I sit, I can't smell the Bergamot fragrance that came with the burner at all. Whether a different stronger fragrance will work, who knows.Btw. Although it was supposedly left 'near my front door or porch' it was actually left outside a door nowhere near my flat, and being disabled I had to wait till gone midnight till my next door neighbour came home, to get it for me.

Bought this for myself with gift vouchers I got from my mum It arrived early. I love it so much It’s beautiful

Dangerous!
The media could not be loaded. Product was smaller than expected. I also thought I could lift the black surround on and off the wood area to retrieve the candle. I can’t. The wood part is just a base for the whole thing. The metal tray heats up hot very quickly and burns off oil too quickly as well. Water starts to spit. Also cut my thumb on the sharp edge around the metal dish.

Expected it to be a bit bigger
I bought this for our living room. It's only small. I was expecting it to be a bit bigger, than it is.You get a bottle of Lemongrass, with it.You have to keep topping it up with water with it being so small, as it doesn't hold much water
