Does what it says. Fits great maybe slightly big but not a problem. If you have a small knee I wouldn’t bother as I’m on the larger end of medium and found it’s a tiny bit roomy.

Excellent support, really good fit and does not cause sweating as so many of these type of supports seem to do. I liked the copper inserts and feel they are beneficial in the overall effectiveness of this support- would recommend!

Got the XL because of the size of my legs I'm a Martial Arts Instructor who uses my legs a lot so need my knees supported. I had to then order the L as the XL didn't support them enough

Gives Really Good Support for the knee, also comfy, large size fits well not loose or too tight,nice material, stays in place while walking. Fast delivery, would recommend for support.

Has helped to ease the pain in an injured knee.
