I have used these for at least 7 months, together with the scalp tonic and the purple shampoo for grey hair. My hair has stopped falling out in the large quantities it was doing. Now it’s the odd hair I find in my hands, not dozens. The system has DEFINITELY helped turn the health of my hair around. My daughter is now heading for menopause and she too is using these products - ordinary shampoo from Plantur, not purple 😄
