Cold SteelKhyber Sword

Good quality out of the box. This thing is hefty fyi. Although not a true replica of an original, it is just a bad ass short sword. Just the right weight and length for 1 hand imo. The handle cover feels ok in this full tang blade. Perhaps some grip tape if you want more hold? Upper body strength definitely helps when maneuvering this item which if youre not a weakling is fine. It can be used in close quarters easily as well. Useful when protection is needed or a zombie apocalypse presents itself

The problem is the scales have cracks that run through it. So far it is solid.

Looks good and oiled up. The packaging was awesome and sword itself is cool. I don't know if the top part of the scabbard is supposed to look rusted but I like it. It feels balanced and the blade is sharp. In terms of functionality for you sword enthusiasts and yes it frustrates me especially, the edge is not straight but it is sharp out of the box and will cut anything you throw at it in half. On a personal note, it makes me feel like Daud from the Dishonored franchise. Looking at the picture of the sword on the item page, it looks like a damascus pattern in the blade, but it's not. The sword comes covered in grease and the photographer did not clean the blade. It actually has a smooth plain metallic surface. The weight is a bit forward heavy. There are plastic pieces inside the sheath to hold the blade firmly which I did not like.
