Silver Mirror Chrome Effect Kit. Pigment Powder 1g pot and Brush. Includes Base Coat, No Wipe Top Coat, Black UV Nail Gel 7.3ml. Must be used over gel polish with a No Wipe Top Coat and sealed with No Wipe top coat The chrome effect will be influenced by the base color you applied on. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. For the same effect illustrated by our pictures- you need to apply to black gel polish (or experiment with your own colour) must be shellac or gel. Apply two coats 2. Apply a NO WIPE TOP COAT- CURE IN LAMP (Be careful not to overcure) 3. Use brush included to apply powder to nails 4. Seal it with UV NO WIPE TOP COAT.
