This is a great drink for the end of the dayEncouraging last sleep and awakening feeling fresh and ready for the new day

My partner has variable sleep quality from night to night, a longstanding issue he tries to control via exercise and relaxation before bedtime. I read about this preparation and bought it for him. So far he finds it relaxing, but no evidence it guarantees him a good night's sleep.

Definitely help relax you before bed

Personally I thought it tasted horrible - really lemony like lemsip powder. It was slightly less bad cold rather than hot. Did make me sleepy though and didn’t have a dopey hangover effect the next day. Comes in handy little individual sachets - useful when travelling.

I loved the taste,I loved the ease of useIt was probably a little on the expensive side (star knocked)Appropriate strength for calm!However, I didn’t like that it’s not completely dissolvable and so remains in the glass and can be tasted - knocked of a starProbably won’t but again unless desperate (easy to cary on travel as it’s in powdered form!)

I loved this evening drink to help relax after work. I’ve now ordered more from their range and look forward to trialling them out also

Delicious, but more importantly it definitely helps me get to sleep more easily.
