It was sized correctly and would fit either foot - did the job, keepin my big toe somewhat stabilized, not allowing it to bend while injured. Fit OK as well under my Dr. Sholls insertx.

I am glad that you can use these for either foot. It makes switching shoes easier. It helps my shoes not to get messed up. Good support, durability, and value for my money.

I saw others stating they ran large and to get a half size smaller. I did but could have gotten a full size smaller. It was difficult getting it into my sneaker. I suggest getting a full size smaller than your shoe size. The insole does not flex and has helped with my arthritic big toe since it doesn't bend as much while walking. Well worth the money!

i ordered from different companies and they all seem to be the same thing. They are carbon fiber which is flexible and feels like think metal. For me no difference made in foot pain but the product does what it says which is privide a flat base to prevent foot flexion and pain in foot. it was the cheapest option and could buy only one so i had ot see if it would work. Grandson bought $200 plus running shoes with built in carbon fiber for spring in step and he loves that so i guess these things serve a purpose but don't pay $80 for a pair which is cost at doctor's office.

The insoles were a little challenging inserting them into my hiking shoe but once in they don’t move. They provide the right amount of protection for my needs. These were recommended by my podiatrist for use until I can have surgery. They are exactly what he wanted me to use them for, which was to keep the insole of my shoe as hard as possible so the bottom of my foot wouldn’t get much movement.
