Small and portable the ANYQOO Store's "Portable Heating Pad, Electric Cordless Waist Belt Device, 3S Fast Heating Pad with 4 Heat Levels and 4 Massage Modes, Back or Belly Heating Pad for Women Girl" aka "Smart Warm Palace Belt" is about the size of my hand. Unfortunately, the display is difficult to read with green numbers. I turn the lights off when adjusting the temperature. Even with the lights off I have to look at it from different angles to decipher the numbers of 50, 55 and 60 degrees Celsius (122, 131, 140 Fahrenheit). It definitely gets hot on bare skin! It has 4 modes for the vibration, and it is easy to see which mode you are in as there is an indicator light for each one (can distinguish even in a lighted room). You can hear the vibration mode and although I find it to be pretty quiet you probably aren't going to want to use it in quiet public settings. It could be worn in public with just the heat setting. It's small enough that it could easily be concealed by clothing. I haven't timed the timer but it does shut off on its own and it seems consistent with the 30 minutes stated (in the listing). It comes with a little booklet that has bare bones information. But it does state: "Forbidden to use gravity disease and heart disease. I am unfamiliar with "gravity disease". Possibly Myasthenia gravis?? (rare long-term disorder that causes muscle weakness/fatigue/issues). It comes with an approx. 3 foot 4 inch charging USB cable (wall adapter not included). It's a great little unit that is comfortable to wear and I appreciate having it. Made in China

This little belt is awesome! When I saw the price I was amazed. The heat on this thing is better than most of my heating pads. At times, it’s so hot I have to turn the heat down. The massage isn’t like those that kneed into you. It’s simply a vibration, and has different patterns of vibrations. Those patterns are the modes. There are four different modes, but the strength is the same on each. The vibration is surprisingly strong for such a thing. Even though it is a hard device, there is a velvet padding on the side that touched your skin that makes it more comfortable. The heat has different settings, each one higher than the last. The heat can get extremely hot- especially on sensitive areas. After a few minutes, I have to turn the heat the heat down because it’s nearly burning my skin. On a full charge it last a half hour to an hour or more depending on how much you use the vibration setting. There is also an led display that lights up to display what features are in use, as well as the temperature in use. I really enjoy this belt. It’s adjustable to fit around anyone no matter the size. It is great for your back, as well as those painful periods Mother Nature likes to give some of us. I don’t know how I’ve been living without one, and highly recommend it for anyone experiencing lower back or abdominal pain.

This is a decent portable heating pad. It has 4 heat settings and 4 vibration settings. It has a small LED display that is very helpful. This device is rechargeable which is awesome. I can save some money because I don’t need to buy batteries. This heating pad heats up quickly too. In a matter of seconds, there is noticeable heat. For me, there are some negatives with this portable heating pad though. The pad never gets hot enough for me. Even with the multiple heat setting, I feel this device is weak in terms of heat. I wish this heating pad got hotter. The belt needs improvement too. Even though it’s elastic and adjustable to a point, it’s rather small on me. It needs to be wider and longer. Because it’s thin and narrow, the belt rolls and bunches a lot. I can wear the belt, but it’s tight and not very comfortable. This belt bunches a lot. Overall, this is a good heating pad, but I wish it got hotter and the elastic waistband was larger and more comfortable. 😃

I received “Portable Heating Pad, Electric Cordless Waist Belt Device, 3S Fast Heating Pad with 4 Heat Levels.” I ordered it in size small, but because the belt is adjustable and stretchy, it can fit anyone from about a 21-inch waist to about a 45-inch waist. The belt is not removable from the heating unit, but one side has a quick release button to make it easy to take off the belt. The device heats quickly and has a variety of heating options. The display is not great. It is hard for me to read the temperature. The unit is a bright cotton-candy pink, and the elastic part of the belt is gray. The unit arrived with a charge, so I was able to use it right away.The vibration options are very good. I recently ordered another belt that only had intermittent vibrations, which I find more distracting than pain relieving. I am very happy that this belt has a steady vibration option. I am very happy with this order.

Doesn't even deserve a star. Absolutely will not ever buy from this company again. It would not ever turn on so I just threw it in the trash. I've wasted enough of my time just trying to get it to turn on!
