The bike needs to be assembled. Most of the bike is complete. You have to put on the wheels and handlebars and several other items. It took a few hours to complete. After assembly I took it out for a ride and was very happy with the quality. However the battery life was not as expected. I communicated with them and they were extremely helpful. They sent me another battery and charger at no cost. The range was still not what I expected but with an extra battery, the range is acceptable. My joy was with the customer service. They apologized for the inconvenience and tried to help fix my issue to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how well they handled my issue. I ride nearly every day and have put over a thousand miles on the bike. I highly recommend this trike.

Bought this bike as a upgrade to the single speed manual trike my wife was using. Took a few evenings in the garage after dinner to assemble but online videos aided the assembly instructions. It turned out pretty stylish. She loves the cool purple color. She is 5'2" but it fits her fine. Color and size were deciding factors in her choice. The handle bar display is nice. 15mph is a good safe speed for this thing, not too slow, not too fast. Enables her to keep up with the grandkids and take longer hilly rides with me. With the price, I was worried about the quality. Some components you can tell are not real heavy duty but seem to be working fine. It comes with a front wired headlight but not the rear. Bought a sweet little pair of vintage looking taillights that fit in the same holes as the reflectors on the fenders. So far she has a blast riding it. We rode it in our local Christmas bike parade.

Came partially assembled. I am 85 yo and with my daughters help got it together in a few days with frequent breaks.

Love the appearance of the bike and quality seems good. There is a rattle in the operation. Can’t seem to locate it when not moving. Somewhat difficult to mount. Wish I could have ridden it prior to purchase. Thankful my son-in-law could assemble it. Way over my ability to do. Way over 5% needed assembly. Delivery and most of the packaging was good and prompt. Happy with the product.

My 15 year old son really likes his new bike. The color is brighter in person, and it stands out in the dark. The frame is sturdy and somewhat light weight. Easy for him to carry. Assembly was a little challenging for me but not my husband. Overall would recommend.
