Since the pandemic, my mom hasn't been able to keep her regular hair appointments. My sisters and I have searched high and low for the right hair to complement her gray crown. This hair is wonderful. It's the right color (the gray has dark undertones, a very natural look for pepper gray hair), it's easy to install, easy to separate, the length is good, and the price is decent. One pack was enough to do her entire head! She gets compliments all the time. It looks like a fresh roller set. I'd say the only con would be user error! When you first get it out of the pack make sure to unfold it before install that's how you get the length. My mom's only complaint is that the hair is not "shiny" enough for her and it can feel a little coarse to the touch. Someone suggested using oil sheen for the shine and to give it a little water and conditioner before installing so we'll try that next time. But kudos to this company they did a great job with this hair.

The hair is nice it just sheds more frequently than normal. But I like the style.

Like the product,nice and soft.Not fake looking.I ran back my cameras and the delivery driver's music was loud,he walked across my lawn,he tossed the package,it wasn't destroyed,product ok.

This hair is too coarse the style came out how I wanted to, but I had to constantly trim and cut off the matted hairs or if it gets stringy I have to either pull the strings or cut it. When I'm not going out I keep my bonnet on but everytime I take it off it's matted in alot of places. I use wig spray to condition it as well as hair spray and it looks good but still matts up. I've only had it in for 7 days and it's itchy when I'm sleeping because of how coarse it is. It's like having the minimum feel of steel wool. One reviewer stated that it looks like her natural hair and I can agree on that once I got it all in and trimmed it did look like my natural hair but will it be all trimmed down before I'm ready to take it back out. I'm trying to keep it in for atleast a couple of weeks but the way that it itches while I'm sleeping I may have to take it out sooner which sucks. I used all 5 packs because I don't like to see my parts at all. Cute at the end of the labor but not worth it. I would not recommend. Update after 3 weeks. I added another picture to show how much hair was cut out because of the constant matting. That's not including the hair before this set, I just sat for over an hour going through my head and trying to trim it to look clean before I go outside that's why I was able to show the results of the continuous matted maintenance. This hair is the worse hair that I've used since I've been crocheting my hair. I'm just hoping that me trying to tough this hairdo out will cost me my hair because of this rough hair rubbing against mine.Please don't waste your money nor take the chance on losing your hair.

Order the curls, what's going to do just the top of my hair. But when the right size, the curl was probably as long as my pinky and his wife is my pinky, so I wouldn't go with that need to try a big girl. So you buy them. Make sure you know what size curl you order, but otherwise it's cute.

Nicely curled spirals, neatly packaged, consisting of coarse black and truly silver strands. I tried it anyway, to transform a new off black wig into a salt and pepper version. I completed one section of the wig, And immediately did not like the way it looked, so I and finger combed the entire section, to get a better look. Thie strands are so silver that it appeared like really fine strands of gray steel wool. Worse, it also feels like fine strands of steel wool. Not attractive at all. Beautiful wig with frizzy strands of silver steel wool. Sorry I didn’t think to take a photo before I clipped the strands out.I do not recommend this hair unless you plan to keep it intact as clumped spirals as pictured in the advertisement photo.

If you have allergies I will not recommend to buy it. It looks amazing but material triggered a bad allergy reaction
