I was very impressed when I opened this tin of matcha and saw how vibrant green it was. It is a great quality of matcha and the flavor is strong. It smells floral and sweet, and goes great in lattes. The only downside is when I went to order more, it was out of stock and Amazon says they are not sure if or when it will be back in stock. I really hope it comes back because although I like experimenting with different matchas, it’s comforting to have a go to matcha you can depend on.

This is the best matcha I’ve ever had! It’s very easy to blend with water, and it tastes amazing just like that. There is a hint of bitterness to it that works well with the umami flavor of the tea. I’ve also noticed that other matchas leave my mouth with a puckering sensation from the tannins, but not this one. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a strong matcha!

This matcha is pretty good, and its a nice option for beginners who want to get a feel for if they enjoy matcha. It does have a bitterness to it that I don't particularly enjoy, but the overall taste is pretty mild. It's not a matcha you would want to drink without sweetener or a little milk. It's too bitter to enjoy ceremonially.
