The first bag I ordered was disappointing as it contained many nasty looking nuts, and I threw many away after thoroughly vetting each one. But this time they were a lot healthier - not five stars but they passed my strict standards. The bang for your buck just can't be beat as far as I can tell from my quest for premium organic cashews in bulk. The only drawback is the plastic packaging. I just wish we would all move toward biodegradable, safe packaging. Once we get there it will feel totally normal, and we will all wonder why we didn't do it sooner.

I live on nuts and berries and these cashews are my favorites. They're so fresh, they're almost like eating fruit. I've read other "nut" reviews from people who think there's something wrong with cashews that aren't crunchy. They've simply never eaten any that are this fresh. (Cashews aren't technically nuts, but that's another story.) Try them. My vegan daughter will wrestle me to the ground for the bag.

PROS: quality, packaging, size, priceCONS: priceCashews are expensive anywhere and these are no different, however, they are cheaper by Food to Live than anywhere in my area so I continue to purchase them. I know I can count of this brand to deliver a quality product.

The cashews arrived in good condition. They are not as crisp as I would have wanted them, but they still taste fine. They would be great in making vegan items where cashews are used as a base to lots of things. However, if you are looking for a crunchy salad topper, these are not the cashews for you. They may do better if you roast them in the oven for a little bit.

I’ve been buying these raw cashews to make vegan creams, dips and cheeses out of for awhile. They actually seem to be a better quality than the ones I get in the bulk bin at the local grocery and I believe the price is better here on Amazon.

AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL!!!! Nuts are all soft and not crisp and crunchy. Must be STALE or years old! Very disappointed. Do not buy if you want them as a snack. Maybe only for using a food processor and blending into something else. Better to pay more for FRESH!

I bought these to make vegan mac n' cheese for the first time. They arrived super fast and fit in my mailbox so I didn't have to worry about the package sitting outside. They looked great and tasted amazing in my recipe!! I will definitely buy these again to make vegan cheese! I'm not vegan, but diary free, so if you're looking for quality nuts to make diary free recipes I would try this company.

My wife and I are trying to eat healthier. Raw, unsalted, and unprocessed nuts are part of that diet. They don't have quite the same crunch as pre-roasted cashews, but they are pretty satisfying once you get used to eating them in their natural form. Shocked at size of packet for the price was expecting a kilo only 240g will check before I purchase next time. I'm sure they taste Devine but it will have to be special occasion before I open them. Merry Christmas 🎅🏼😊

These cashews are great. The pack contains whole nuts rather than broken bits and they taste great!
